No access to our own store item

Dear Developer Support of Microsoft Edge Extensions,

I am the managing director of the OceanHero GmbH which is the owner of oceanhero.today and also the oceanhero extension (https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/oceanhero-save-our-ocean/ffilhkdaaipeaedlcappdbldhnpddjjn

Unfortunately, we don't have access anymore to the extension. I tried logging in with my normal Microsoft account ([email protected]) but the extension is not shown in the partner portal (https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/home).

Could you help us to identify the right user account and potentially assign the item to my existing microsoft account ([email protected])?

We would like to publish an update.
