SCLabel not setting all changed properties

Description of the issue

The additional properties of a Sensitivity Label such as the font size and alignment do not get updated if changed. The label settings are correctly set if it is a new label is created.

The Sensitivity label also looks to be missing the options for picking a different font. The Powershell Set-Label supports -ApplyContentMarkingFooterFontName "Arial" -ApplyContentMarkingHeaderFontName "Arial"
