DSCParser is not updated to a newer version

@NikCharlebois I was just checking the latest M365DSC released yesterday in order to also get the latest DSCParser with my PR but it looks like you didn't make a new release for it so I didn't get those fixes (and also a couple more from @mpiederiet).

Could you please create a new version 2.0.0.4 for DSCParser and update it on M365DSC?

@andikrueger @NikCharlebois any news about this? Since I rely on DSCParser for our solution and due to several issues with the first versions of V2 I cannot upgrade M365DSC to anything higher than 1.24.313.1.
