The links to TechNet forum are no longer valid since the forum has been closed and archived. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/security/en-us/home?forum=securityupdateguide

Hi, Thanks for reporting it. Yes, it's closed and has been replaced by Microsoft Q&A: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products/ As far as I can tell, there's no tag or dedicated "forum" for securityupdateguide yet. NB: there are 2 links to the URL mentioned by @DSPatrick on the main README.md.
