Add known issues en workarounds

I'm responsible for communicating the update releases to our teams which have to assess the actions to take and things to monitor. I've automated this into a script which does not bother the desktop team with SQL updates i.e. I would also like to add the known issues for patches to this communication but this information does not seem to be part of the current dataset. Any chances this can be added to one of the current cmdlets or possibly a seperate cmdlet?
