Thanks for the issue, can you help me understand it better? Is this the same issue of these CVRFs missing vulnerabilities?

Yes, KB4010318 is completely missing, but available in the EXCEL table:

Weird, KB4010318 is missing from both UpdateAPI and MSRC-CVRF.zip, but available in BulletinSearch.xlsx
