DownloadLatestCUs doesn't show Azure Stack HCI 23H2

As the title says I cannot see a product category for this release.

Is this an code issue or something on the catalog?

Repro steps MSlabs 24.01 Execute Parentdisk downloadlatestcus.ps1

Looked in the code. The new product category is named

"Microsoft Server Operating System-23H2"

@jaromirk I have added another fork of the file to save you some time and tested it. #578 with minimal changes first and later merged https://github.com/Karl-WE/MSLab/pull/1

In both I am seeing one issue that is described in the PR.
