Regression? Getting "Unable to find package Microsoft.Build.NoTargets" and "error MSB4236: The SDK 'Microsoft.Build.NoTargets/1.0.85' specified could not be found."

I currently have the same issue, but for a newer SDK. This now works with 6.0.407 (instead of 2.0.x), but doesn't work for .net 7 (I currently have 7.0.202 installed).
