CLI version is deprecated

This codebase uses Azure ML CLI v1 which has been deprecated, please could it be updated to use the CLI V2.

The development updating to cli2 is still in progress, you can find it here: https://github.com/Azure/mlops-v2 I tried, but it does not work yet :(
