Cleanup shared memory documentation/examples

After #183 we have anonymous shared memory support in Linux.

  • [ ] We need to finish polishing up the documentation to match.

  • [x] Also the build/CMakeHelpers/CheckForMlosSharedMemories.sh, build/CMakeHelpers/RunTestsAndSharedMemChecks.sh, and build/CMakeHelpers/RemoveMlosSharedMemories.sh scripts should no longer be required.
