Provide instructions on how to search on multiple topics

Search on single topic, then search for other topics from within that topic in search. Left hand side of search will have "This topic" as context.

i think you just need to type topics: before each topic like such: https://github.com/search?q=topic%3Ajekyll+topic%3Aruby
