It seems to be a problem restoring nuget packages.

Please, refer to the following documentation for package restore troubleshooting:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/nuget/consume-packages/package-restore-troubleshooting

You can also try to remove the current project and try downloading a fresh copy with the latest version.

Please, let me know if this helps.

@sajjadjaved01 can you install any package from NuGet? I'm wondering if you can add any package to a blank new app.

Thanks for your response. I have clear nuget cache then i've looked at temp dir C:\Users\sajja\AppData\Local\NuGet\v3-cache\ there the nuget packg r dwnloading, after completion VS dos't show anything compete / success etc. but it stays on building. after some time i have canceled build & then again Rebuild proj, nuget again started dwnloading, already dwnloaded packg in temp dir.
