End-to-end tests taking too long to fail

During the end-to-end tests, if the inference service fails to complete the model run then, even if the Inference service receives HTTP error codes, the Gateway continues with the tests, instead timing out after 40 minutes. This makes debugging take unnecessarily long.

It is possible that is in fact an issue with the Inference service itself not appropriately raising such errors.
