Reference runs for HeadAndNeck and Prostate model are not the latest

Bug summary

We are using very old reference runs in the model comparison for those 2 models

Expected outcome

For both models, newer runs should be used (@mebristo is re-building them at present) Also, the readability of the model comparison should be improved. Maybe add hyperlinks also to the reference runs.
