feat(merge-tree): add high level description doc
Adds a knowledge sharing doc that tries to explain merge-tree in such a way that it can be understood by a new hire without knowledge of the Fluid Framework.
generally speaking I think this is a great high-level explanation of merge-tree. I'm probably not actually the best person to review it as I have the curse of knowledge in the area :). Let me do a little evangelizing...
