evaluation errors

Hi, I want to evaluate the pre-trained dialoGPT . I followed the guidance in README, but I cannot get the "data-official-test/test.refs.txt" following:"Please follow the DSTC-7 official repo to extract the data, and put data-official-test/test.refs.txt into ./dstc/data/ folder."
