CLI ability to apply fixes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It might be useful to some users to have fixes applied via the cli - in particular with custom rules.

Describe the solution you'd like A command line parameter like --fix that will apply any matched fix-its.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Perhaps another option is a step by step fix mode prompting the user after the scan for each fix with a preview of the change.
