Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Im using ALLTALK and says DeepSpeed is outdated but when i try to update it there is no compatible wheel for Cuda12.8 and python 3.11.11 on windows.

@SauceRaps - we haven't published a Windows wheel recently, but could you try to install the 0.16.5 version? https://pypi.org/project/deepspeed/0.16.5/#files
@loadams Thank you for the reply. How would i install that and use it in ALLTALK? I apologize but i only have basic computer knowledge. I know how to install the file but then how would i put it into ALLTALK and how would i delete the previous file.
@loadams I tried to do it my self and this came up. I have pytorch installed but it is saying i dont for some reason
