[feat] Add Aim monitor
Introducing AimMonitor, a new wrapper for Aim that helps track experiment metadata and events. This pull request includes:

- [x] Documentation update
- [ ] Testing
These changes enhance experiment monitoring, making it more transparent and user-friendly.
