Documentation.FieldDescription not shown on editor if function is also annotated

I'm seeing a strange behavior on query documentation, even for the samples contained in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/handlingdocumentation

If I annotate a field with Documentation.FieldDescription, the small information icon appears next to the parameter and shows the desired value when the mouse hovers over it. However, if next I add an annotation to the function itself (Documentation.Name, Documentation.LongDescription, Documentation.Examples), the FieldDescription ceases to appear. Is this a know bug/limitation?
