Utility to verify SEV-SNP quotes

We currently provide the verify_quote.sh script for users to verify the quote of a live CCF node. However, this only works with SGX (using Open Enclave's oeverify CLI).

  • [ ] Add ability to verify SEV-SNP quotes for a live node using verify_quote.sh script.
