Improve GUI and windows installation instructions

Hi, first of all congratulations on the program, once you managed to install the dependencies it works very well and is very fast. The instructions for installing the dependencies on windows 10 almost discouraged me from trying the software, after about six hours of various trials I managed to get it working. Also, a semi-automatic install script would help speed things up. You could also modify the GUI by adding the choice of GPU (1), if image is in HD (2)and if the image is damaged/scratched (3). I'm currently using the terminal to boot, but I did a test run of editing the GUI.py here's pretty much what I think it should look like: Cattura-Foto1
