On speech bot, if user doesn't say anything after pressing the microphone button, the microphone does not eventually turn off.
Do you see any errors in console log?

How to reproduce the issue?
- Press microphone button
- Wait several seconds
- Note that the sendbox continues to say 'Listening...' and the microphone button remains red
What do you expect?
The microphone should turn off after several seconds of no input sound
What actually happened?
The microphone doesn't turn off after several seconds of no input sound

This is on Chrome and Angular. There is not console errors
@jalqueza Apologies for the delay.
We were able to reproduce the behavior. I wasn't able to find a simple solution (without going a whole other route like using Speech Services). We might need to turn this issue into a feature request to see if it is possible to implement.
@compulim @OEvgeny any thoughts on this one?
