Support sending image pasted into chat box as attachment

Feature Request

Describe the suggestion or request in detail

Currently if one has to send a screenshot to the bot, the user has to take a screenshot, save the image file and then upload the file as an attachment using the attachment button. It would be great if you could support the ability to send pasted content as an attachment where if the user takes a screenshot, copies the image(ctrl+c) from the snipping tool and tries to paste on the chat box, the image should get sent.

Hello @abishekreddy. Thank you for opening this issue. This is a great feature and we want to scope and prioritize this. It it unlikely that we will have this built in to the product by the end of the calendar year. We'll keep this issue open and will report updates here.

Thanks again!

This is potentially depending on #3248.

This is because, we don't want to have an UX that a dragged file will trigger upload immediately.

We somehow want a prompt, or better, implement #3248.

Thank you William for sharing the bug with me. We've the tremendous ask (more than 15k requests) to enable the drag and drop support for the file attachment. Our team has built the bot for Microsoft enterprise service users who directly work for Microsoft customers. Please consider this request as a high priority ask and this will definitely improve the user experience for sure.

@namanimsft @abishekreddy Can we have the status of this issue. Is there any way to handle attachment via copy-paste method on azure chatbots webchat channel.
