Rewrite adapter into Javascript or Typescript to follow hubot 3.1.1

The latest version of hubot shifts hubot to use JavaScript over CoffeeScript. Rewriting the adapter to use JavaScript will set up the adapter to follow any future changes to hubot and allow development on the adapter to more closely align to the core hubot.

I recommend using https://github.com/hubot-friends/hubot-ms-teams instead.
