Support of Live streaming

Bot Framework webchat supports streaming messages via de typing event. For testing purposes of bots that stream answers from LLM's it would be great if the emulator could be upgraded to a webchat version supporting this feature

I am looking forward to this feature since LLMs are so popular nowadays, and usually, they are in streaming mode.

I'm also waiting for this feature! Its a big problem to test the LLM chatbots having support for streaming
