I can't add qnamaker service to bot file because it hangs enumerating resources.

1. Open bot file
2. try to add qnamaker service
3. login...5 minutes later it still hasn't come back.

Expected behavior

I should be given the option to enter the information in, why am I forced to use the auzre login when it doesn't work.
