Suggest appid/password/endpoint combinations when connecting via url
When a user connects to a bot via url that requires an app id and password, we want to reduce the friction or reconnecting to this bot by storing these credentials securely using system apis and suggesting a list of recently used appid/password combination for the user to select and pre-fill the connection details.

morning @cwhitten @tonyanziano - this is on my R9 list from Kamran, do we need to address this - I don't remember this at all, not that I can remember all of the assignments.
