Can't sign in to Azure

Describe the bug

Trying to login I get image

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click Add Service button
  2. Do azure flow. it fails

Expected behavior

To be able to login [bug]

Is this on a fresh install? If not, try one of the workarounds listed in #1354

When I remove the cookies and make sure to not pick certs it works. We should consider adding ability to reset the cookies when someone fails to login and provide guidance.

@justinwilaby I was also unable to sign in this way on 4.4.0 and on master. Using the second option (password/phone verification) worked in master. (haven't tried again in 4.4.0)

@mewa1024 - Any suggestions on the UI here? Removing cookies will also remove any "remembered" usernames.
