What version of the Emulator are you using. My application working in bot emulator version 4.2.1 but if i update with 4.3.0 or above gives error.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Start the Bot locally and run the development version in emulator'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error : unable to get local issuer certificate

Expected behavior

The BOT should display the start screen and re-direct to the login screen for authentication using Azure AD. The way it works on Version 4.2.1

@tonyanziano It's working fine in production environment but while running locally gives local issuer certificate error.

Hello @ChandraSannamuri. Do you still see the issue when using the "Clear State" menu option?
