Unable to login because emulator taking windows credential

Describe the bug
Emulator cannot sign out from windows login credentials.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use the sample for authentication
- When the oauth card shows, click on sign in
- Emulator opens a page for login and take windows credentials as login info(by default no way to opt out)
- See error
Expected behavior
Do not remember or use windows credentials as login

In the V3 emulator, it floats up a window for sign in that doesnt take windows credentials. In that case, it works as usual. Again, there is no signin or signout if emulator detected a token in cache. So after signing in once, the sign in window on v3 will never pop out
I am having a similar issue. I have seen the issue on Emulator 4.13.0 and 4.14.0 and it is on Mac. Even thought I have cleared the state on my browser and logged out completely, the emulator picks up the old credentials and never prompts me for a sign in.
