Add support for deleteActivity and updateActivity

We currently cannot use the emulator to test bots that use deleteActivity and updateActivity. These are pretty commonly used methods in real bots.

Add support for these 2 methods. According to @tomlm this is dependent on support being added to webchat. I've opened a ticket on that repo as well.

As far as I know, the status last given by the Direct Line service still stands:

support for Update and Delete within the Direct Line service remains on the backlog with low priority and no ETA due to low customer demand

Since this feature relies on changes in the service, and then in Web Chat, it is not currently on our radar until that work is done.
