publish error cannot read properties of undefined(reading azure subscription ID)

Describe the bug

When i try to publish a bot to the azure i am getting the error cannot read properties of undefined.

version is 2.1.3

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior: after developing the bot and filling all the credentials to use the existing resource to publish the bot.

  1. Go to 'Publish'
  2. Click on 'the bot that needs to be published and then select the publishing profile'. (login to your azure account if prompted)
  3. click on publish selected bots. give comments to publish and then click okay
  4. See error

Expected behavior

bot publish successful notification.

@Divyasree2104 could you verify if the publishing works after going away from the publishing page and returning back after the error appears?

Trying to reproduce this issue on my end
