Bot framework composer didn't sync from Azure LUIS portal

CX uses LUIS with bot composer. He found the changes will not updated in bot composer's local .lu file if he made some changes (ex. add a new utterance "I don't need it anymore" in "cancel" intent) in LUIS portal through LUIS (Language Understanding) - Cognitive Services - Microsoft. Furthermore, there's no update button to import the changes.

If .lu file changes only take effect from bot composer to LUIS but not from LUIS to composer by design and why it's designed as one way? If we have future plans to add this as a new feature?
