Fix errors found across different samples folders

Description

This issue has arisen as a result of the issue #3340 to denote all the samples that are failing and require some adjustments. There are many bots that are failing due to source code issues, the addition of new packages dependencies, to update ARM Template Deployments to support MS Teams Channel and many other cases that are explained in each related issue.

Additionally, this issue contains related failures regarding the issue #3349, when the deployment templates were added to the missing bots' samples.
