Desktop app protocol to run Storage Explorer with link

Problem

When my data pipelines fail, I want to navigate users to to the abfs location with the pipelines checkpoints or configuration files

Desired Solution

I'd like to print out a url which once clicked would open the Storage Explorer in the specific location.

@arturowczarek ABFS, that's in reference to Azure Data Lake, right? This would require deeper integration with Data Lake. Currently, the only way to attach to Data lake resources is via ADLS Gen 2 or blob endpoints, and we don't support direct links to attached resources currently.
