Provide more direct access to Azure support requests from Storage Explorer
When Storage Explorer users need to open Azure support requests, they have to search or links and/or open the Portal. In order to improve discoverability and user experience, we should consider providing a more direct means of accessing Azure support requests directly from Storage Explorer.
We are told that Azure support requests have an API that we might leverage.
We should also consider the self-help aspect of support requests, since common problems often have existing solutions that can help resolve issues much more quickly than waiting for a support engineer to respond.
Let's investigate for 1.41.0 to research the API and find a good design. We can implement in a future milestone. Discuss with support engineers the experience we should aim for.
