  1. I deleted the application.
  2. tried to download it again
  3. same error came.

Same error is found when i tried to open the application.

@diyaajain Did you review the related section of the the troubleshooting guide? Can you share your app logs and authentication logs?

@diyaajain I followed the guide provided by craxal above and looked through my logs. Discovered that I need to update my .Net Framework. There was a link provided in the logs.
