Add support for long paths in Windows

Problem

I'm unable to upload files whose path length exeeds Windows' MAX_LENGTH limit, even when using UNC paths.

Desired Solution

Get Storage Explorer to work with longer path lengths.

Alternatives and Workarounds

Shorten the path before uploading.
