Refine our solution to parquetjs' use of brotli-wasm

In 1.36.0 we made parquetjs external so we could more easily make use of its WASM dependency, brotli-wasm. However, by doing so, we've greatly increased the total size of, and number of files in, Storage Explorer. We should refine this solution to bring back down the size of Storage Explorer.
