Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
2. Create a blob container -> Upload a blob with a long name.
3. Upload a blob with the same name.
4. There is a conflict dialog.
5. Check whether the conflict dialog is friendly.

Expected Experience

The conflict dialog is friendly.

Actual Experience

The conflict dialog is unfriendly.
