Improve UX of clicking address bar at root of containers

When clicking on an address bar at the root of a container, it transforms to an input with a blank value. For users, this is confusing. What is the input for? Is it for addresses, searching, other stuff too?!? As a comparison point, there doesn't seem to be any location in file explorer where clicking the address bar results in an input with empty value.

A placeholder (see #7855) will help indicate the purpose of the input.

This issue is for additional improvements that can be made, such as:

• Have container name/ prefix the input text. If users submit an empty value, just treat the value the same as escaping out of the address bar (basically file explorer behavior)
