Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand one ADLS Gen2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
2. Create a blob container -> Create a folder using the name '#%?'.
3. Try to delete the folder.
4. Check whether succeeds to delete it.

Expected Experience

Succeed to delete the folder.

Actual Experience

Fail to delete the folder.
