The localized 'Starting partition key' is inconsistent between the field and error message on the 'Shared Access Signature' dialog

Storage Explorer Version: 1.27.0-dev Build Number: 20221028.6 Branch: main Platform/OS: Windows 10/Linux Ubuntu 22.04/MacOS Sonoma 14.2 (M1 Pro) Reproduce Languages: Chinese (zh-CN) Architecture: ia32/x64/x64 How Found: From running test cases Regression From: Not a regression

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Storage Explorer -> Open 'Settings' -> 'Application -> Regional Settings'.
  2. Select '中文(简体)' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
  3. Expand one storage account -> Tables.
  4. Right click one table -> Click 'Get Shared Access Signature...'.
  5. Type a string into 'Starting partition key' field.
  6. Observe the error message.
  7. Check whether the localized 'Starting partition key' keeps consistent between the field and error message.

Expected Experience

The localized 'Starting partition key' is consistent between the field and error message.

The translation for 'Starting Partition Key' shouldn't have the word ‘正在’. "Starting" here indicates the Partition Key is the beginning of something instead of indicating the partition key is in the process of starting. I also prefer ‘终止’ over ‘结束’ as the translation of "ending".
