Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand 'App Configurations' node -> Open one app configuration.
2. Observe the toolbar.
3. Check whether there is a vertical line between 'Select all' and 'Refresh'.

Expected Experience

There is a vertical line between 'Select all' and 'Refresh'.

Actual Experience

There is no vertical line between 'Select all' and 'Refresh'.
