Add native ARM64 support on Linux

Preflight Checklist

Problem

Azure Storage Explorer is now available on ARM64 for Windows since #6072, but unfortuntely not yet for Linux and Mac.

Desired Solution

I'd like to have support for Azure Storage Explorer on ARM64 on Linux and macOS.

I'd be very happy with an arm64 linux build, appreciate you all even considering as arm64 linux is a very tiny minority.

The biggest factor here is whether AzCopy has an ARM64 Linux binary. Last we checked, they do not. Let's sync with AzCopy to see if they do or if they have plans for it. Depending on their answer, we can move to a different milestone.
