@venkaus when you first start Storage Explorer, if you don't do anything and just leave it, what do you see after ~30 seconds?

Can you describe and if possible share a screenshot?

If you what you see is a blank-area where the tree view is supposed to be can you try following the steps here, but use a number much greater than 30, let's say 180.

Finally, can you please share the specs of your machine? Specifically:

  • What CPU?
  • How much RAM?
  • Are you using a hard drive or a solid state drive?

Closing due to lack of response. If you still use Storage Explorer, please try to bump the timeout parameter as suggested and see if it helps.
