Azure Storage Explorer is not working on WVD

The authentication library used by storage explorer is failed to start properly.

Windows 10 operating system The version of Azure storage Explorer is 1.19.1 The .Net framework version is 4.8

@itsme-sk can you please try using the latest version of Storage Explorer (1.25)? If that still doesn't work, then please get us the authentication logs after reproducing with 1.25.
