Info bar not presenting all the contents when the message is long

Our info bar doesn't make all the contents visible if the message is too long. There is no way to see the full message visually. image

Did you try hovering over it with your mouse? :)

  1. The title is currently on the span
  2. Electron is going to get a chromium fix in the near future that results in tooltips popping up when things with tooltips are keyboard focused
  3. When we get to a version of electron that has this fix, we should fix the title being on the span, which is not keyboard focused. The parent div is. So title should be there?
