Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users would like to copy data between Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files and on-prem SMB services.

Describe the solution you'd like Full support for data management of Azure Netapp Files

Describe alternatives you've considered XCP, RoboCopy, CloudSync

Additional context Azure NetApp Files is a native Microsoft storage service, it should be added to Azure Storage Explorer.
